Execution instructions to the bailiff (forced execution of judgment s. 680 C.C.P.)
Under section 680 C.C.P., A creditor who wishes to force execution of a judgment must give execution instructions to a bailiff. This form provides the instructions to be transmitted to the bailiff.
Once completed, your instruction slip must be sent to the following email address: saisies@paquette.ca, with your judgment and relevant documents.
