Tariff of fees and transportation expenses of bailiffs (H-4.1,r.1)
This tariff, adopted by the Government, provides fees which the bailiff has the obligation to claim from his client or debtor when serving a proceeding or executing a Court decision by writ or warrant.
Tariff of professional fees (THP) of bailiffs

This tariff adopted by the Chambre des huissiers de justice du Québec, prescribed in the Professional Code, shows the fees are fair and reasonable under the Article 33 of the Code of Ethics where the bailiff claims them after having agreed with his client for professional acts that are not provided in the tariff adopted by the government. It compensates, among others, the exponential rise of user fees for a road vehicle and general operating expenses.
