Account Opening Request

In addition to the fees set out in the Tariff of Bailiffs' Fees and Transportation Costs (R.S.Q. c. H 4.1), I agree to pay to Paquette & Associates LLP the fees set out in the Tariff of Professional Fees for Bailiffs adopted by the Board of Directors of the Chambre des huissiers de justice du Québec under the authority of paragraph 12 of section 86.0.1 of the Professional Code (R.S.Q. c. C-26).

Any invoicing of fees is payable within thirty (30) days of its issuance. After this period, any outstanding balance will bear interest at the rate of 1.5% per month from the date of the invoice.

I understand that I will be personally responsible for the payment of all fees and expenses that will be invoiced by Paquette & Associates. In the event that this responsibility falls to my client, I agree to notify Paquette clearly and explicitly that my client will be responsible for the payment of the account.
