fees (THP) of bailiffs

This tariff, which was adopted by the Chambre des huissiers de justice du Québec under the authority of the Professional Code, sets out the fair and reasonable fees, within the meaning of section 33 of the Code of Ethics of Bailiffs, that a bailiff will charge after having agreed on them with his client, for professional acts not covered in the tariff adopted by the government.
