Since January 1st 2016, the Code of Civil Procedure provides the possibility to notify a document to a party by technological means in certain circumstances. Please
note that all electronic notifications addressed to Paquette & Associates, LLP or one of its Bailiffs may be directed to notification@paquette.ca. The document to be notified shall be attached to the email.

Regarding the forced execution of a judgment, your instructions must be sent to us by email to the following address: saisies@paquette.ca. The form containing your instructions, your judgment and all relevant documents must be attached to your email.

A deposit is required depending on the services requested.

In terms of serving legal documents, the deposit is mainly determined by the number of kilometers that the bailiff must travel to perform the service of the document. Our customer service officer will be able to inform you of the amount required once the file analysis has been completed.

In terms of execution, we must first check and do some verifications in the judicial records database before accepting your mandate. To this end, it is essential to make an appointment with our customer service officer. We will then be able to establish the amount of the deposit required depending on the type of file.

The deposit can be paid in cash, certified check or money order payable to Paquette & Associés, huissiers de justice S.E.N.C.R.L. We also accept debit card, credit card Visa or Mastercard. An administration fee is applicable for credit card payments. Payement can also be done online.
