TRANSMISSION BY TECHNOLOGICAL MEANS
Since January 1st, 2016, the Code of Civil Procedure provides the possibility to notify a document to a party by technological means in certain circumstances. Please note that all electronic notifications addressed to Paquette & Associates, LLP or one of its Bailiffs may be directed to notification@paquette.ca. This email address should not be used to transmit your assignments. Please contact your Customer service Officer, if need be.
Regarding the forced execution of a judgment, your instructions must be sent to us by email to the following address: saisies@paquette.ca. The form containing your instructions, your judgment and all relevant documents must be attached to your email.
